Privacy policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026. This notice describes personal information handled in connection with our online store, orders and customer support. Contact us using the details below with privacy questions.

Information, sources and purposes

  • Contact and delivery information: names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing and shipping addresses supplied by you or a gift purchaser, used for order communication, delivery, returns and support.
  • Transaction information: selected products, order history, payment status and correspondence, used to fulfill purchases, process refunds and maintain records. Payment credentials are handled by the payment providers offered at checkout; do not send full card numbers or security codes by email.
  • Device and interaction information: the commerce platform may process IP addresses, device/browser details, session or cookie identifiers and store interactions for site operation, security and, where enabled, measurement.
  • Marketing choices: information you provide when subscribing and your consent or opt-out preferences, used to manage requested communications.

Sources include information supplied directly by shoppers or gift senders, interactions with the store, and payment, delivery or commerce services involved in your transaction. Providing information needed for a purchase is necessary to complete that purchase; optional marketing participation is separate.

Recipients and disclosures

Shopify provides the commerce platform. Payment processors, carriers and other service providers involved in an order receive information needed for their functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to address fraud or security issues, or to establish or defend legal claims. Providers may process information in locations different from your residence. We do not claim that information remains solely in the United States.

Cookies, advertising, sale and sharing choices

Cookies and similar technologies can support the cart, checkout, preferences and security. Optional analytics or advertising technologies, if enabled, can involve identifiers and activity information. Disclosures to advertising partners for advertising across different businesses' websites may be considered a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable US privacy laws even when no money is exchanged.

Use our existing Your Privacy Choices page to submit available opt-outs from sale, sharing and targeted advertising. You can also email or call us. Opting out of personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising or essential order processing. Browser cookie controls may affect store functions; deleting cookies or changing browsers/devices can require you to set choices again.

Where applicable law requires it, a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is treated as an opt-out request for the browser/device sending it. If the privacy-choice page offers an account/email option, follow its instructions to associate an opt-out more broadly. An opt-out signal is different from a general Do Not Track setting; contact us if a control does not work. This notice does not promise identical treatment of every browser signal.

No specific Google advertising integration is asserted here. If Google advertising tools are enabled for this store, their cookies and related technologies can support advertising measurement or personalization subject to applicable choices. Google's advertising information and My Ad Center explain Google's controls. Those controls supplement, rather than replace, this store's privacy choices.

California rights: CCPA as amended by CPRA

When the CCPA applies to the business and your request, California residents may request information about collected personal information, its sources, purposes and recipient categories; access to specific information; deletion subject to exceptions; correction; and an opt-out of sale or sharing. Qualifying sensitive information has additional use-limitation protections. You may exercise applicable rights without unlawful discriminatory treatment. CPRA amended the CCPA; it is not a separate privacy statute.

Request access, correction, deletion or applicable sensitive-information limits by email or phone below. For sale/sharing choices, use Your Privacy Choices or contact us. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority; identity or authorization checks may be necessary for certain requests. Do not send excessive identity documents initially. We may request information proportionate to the request and explain if an exception prevents action.

We respond within deadlines required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or denial. These privacy-request deadlines are separate from the refund-processing times in our Refund policy.

Other US state rights and review requests

Depending on your state and the law's applicability, rights may also include a portable copy of personal data and opt-outs from targeted advertising, sale or qualifying profiling. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. If we decline a request, reply to the decision with the subject "Privacy request appeal" and explain why you seek review. We will review and communicate the result and any further complaint option required by the applicable state law. An appeal is not represented as a separate CCPA right in every case.

Retention and security

Retention is assessed by purpose: order and financial records may be needed for fulfillment, tax/accounting duties, refunds and disputes; support correspondence for resolving and documenting requests; security records for fraud prevention; and preference records for maintaining your choices. We do not set a single blanket retention period for all categories. When information is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes or applicable obligations, it should be deleted or deidentified through the relevant service's processes.

Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards are used in the store's operation and service-provider processes. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Protect account credentials, use a secure connection and contact us about suspected misuse.

Applicable rules, consent and complaints

Processing supports requested transactions and support, applicable legal obligations, store security and permitted operational purposes. Where a law requires consent for a particular activity, that activity must depend on the required consent and available withdrawal mechanism. US privacy laws differ in coverage and exceptions; this notice does not assume every state law applies to every transaction or claim an EU/UK legal basis for a US-only store.

You may contact us about a privacy concern without giving up a right to complain to a regulator. California consumers can use the California Privacy Protection Agency complaint process. Residents elsewhere may contact their state attorney general or other competent authority. We update this notice when relevant practices or requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
