Shipping policy

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within the United States.

Processing and estimated delivery

Processing: typically 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Transit: typically 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Total: approximately 3-6 business days from order placement under ordinary conditions.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Processing starts after the order is accepted and payment is confirmed. We send a shipping update when the order is dispatched, with tracking when available.

Address details and delays

Check the address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; we will confirm whether it is possible before dispatch. Weather, carrier conditions, holidays and incomplete addresses can affect delivery. If a shipment is delayed or appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and discuss a remedy.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and offer an updated shipping date or cancellation and a refund for unshipped merchandise as applicable. For damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries, please contact us. See our Refund policy.

Food, delivery details and tracking

Read the selected product's storage and handling instructions and arrange to receive the delivery promptly. We do not claim that every product uses refrigerated transport or that a particular carrier/service is available. Any product-specific delivery restriction must be disclosed before purchase. A contact address is not evidence of a warehouse or dispatch location.

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check the address and safe delivery locations, then contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We do not make a blanket rule that a delivery scan removes all responsibility. Keep records of the order and tracking for the investigation.
